Trasportos

Independent venture group

We build businesses, then we run them.

Trasportos is an independent venture group. We design, engineer and operate our own digital ventures on one shared engine of software, automation and AI-assisted production.

Trasportos route mapShopskon, Rehbar, TheTrasportos run as separate lines that join one shared interchange, the Trasportos engine. A dashed line continues to future ventures.

02The shared engine

What connects ventures that look unrelated on the surface.

Six capabilities, built once and reused across every line. A filled station means the venture runs on that capability today.

03How we build

From a question to a running business, in six stations.

  1. Discover

Find out what is true before deciding what to build.

Every build starts with an audit and a source-of-truth file: what exists, what is verified, and what must not be published until someone confirms it.

  2. Decide

Turn open questions into a short list of decisions with owners.

Missing facts — a domain, a price, a legal name — go into a decisions register. The site shows a neutral placeholder rather than a guess.

  3. Design

Give each venture its own identity and a system it can grow into.

Shopskon’s porcelain-and-brass storefront, Rehbar’s navy-and-teal consultancy and the journal’s deep-teal reading theme were each designed from their audience, not from one template.

  4. Build

Engineer for low running cost and few moving parts.

Static exports on shared hosting, content kept in typed data files, and no database, server or subscription unless the job needs one.

  5. Launch

Ship only what passes its checks.

Production packages refuse to build without a real domain, carry a hash manifest, and are checked with a smoke test after upload.

  6. Operate

Measure every week and act on it.

A weekly report, a short list of what won and what lost, and a kill test for each content lane — then the next week’s plan.

04Execution

Proof, not promises.

Figures from the ventures themselves, checked on 23 October 2026. You will not find revenue claims, client logos or testimonials here — when there are verified outcomes, they will appear alongside these.

05How we think

A small group with firm rules.

01

We operate what we build

Our ventures are our own, so we live with every technical decision. That keeps the engineering practical and the costs honest.

Evidence: Shopskon’s owner Hub, reporting and publishing queue are used every week by the people who built them.

02

Claims are tested, not written

Statements a customer relies on are checked by code: no invented reviews, no promised outcomes, no unverified figures.

Evidence: Rehbar’s test suite fails the build on banned wording; this site’s tests do the same.

03

Fewer moving parts

A static page cannot be hacked like a server, cannot go down like a database and costs almost nothing to host. We add infrastructure only when a feature needs it.

Evidence: Shopskon and Rehbar are plain static files on shared hosting with no server code; the journal is prepared for the same kind of host.

04

Local first, subscriptions last

Image, music, voice and drafting models run on our own hardware wherever quality allows, so production scales without per-use fees.

Evidence: Shopskon’s product scenes and original songs are generated locally.

05

Consent and disclosure by default

Voices are used only with recorded consent, AI-made media is labelled, and personal data is collected only when a feature needs it.

Evidence: Every Shopskon video post is marked as altered or AI-assisted content.

06

Independent brands, shared engine

Each venture keeps its own name, design and audience. What they share is the engineering, automation and production behind them.

Evidence: Shopskon, Rehbar and TheTrasportos have separate identities and domains, and share the same build and QA practices.

06 · The next line

The map is built to grow.

New ventures join the map when they are ready to be shown — not before. None are announced yet. If you have a business that needs an engine like ours, or a venture you would like to build together, we would like to hear about it.
